Purpose
The Kutztown Area School District (KASD) is committed to providing meaningful opportunities for student-athletes while fostering strong partnerships with our community. Through our sponsorship program, local businesses and organizations can support athletics and student activities while gaining valuable exposure through advertising signage at our facilities. The Kutztown Area School District will work in partnership with our athletic and activity booster clubs to promote sponsorship opportunities and engage in revenue sharing when sponsorship agreements are approved.
Program Overview
- Sponsorship Term: 1-year agreement (renewable annually) for signage. Facility naming rights are for a minimum 5 year term.
- Revenue Sharing: Sponsorship revenue will be shared at various tiers (detailed below) between the Kutztown Area School District and the soliciting Athletic / Activity Booster Club.
- Sponsor Responsibility: All costs related to the design, production, and installation of signage are the financial responsibility of the sponsoring business/organization.
- Signage Production: All signage must be approved by KASD and will be produced by KASD’s preferred vendor to ensure consistency and align with district standards.
- Placement: Approved signage will be displayed at designated school district facilities for the duration of the sponsorship term.
- Renewal: Opportunities for renewal will be offered prior to the expiration of the agreement.
- Communication: The district will maintain an official log of sponsorship contacts to ensure clarity and prevent multiple parties from soliciting the same business.
